“This is my favorite way to train! It combines the best elements of training for maximum muscle growth and building the limit of strength. To achieve this, three different types of training are mixed together: 1) optimal hypertrophy training for individuals 2) strength exercises to build up maximum strength and 3) maximum effort method to learn how to demonstrate strength to the full extent of effort. As a result, you will build up a significant amount of muscle mass and achieve a 15% increase in strength on high rises (some may get even more). Not to mention aesthetics: you will look thicker and more solid even at rest. A very pleasant and effective way to train! ”
