Neurotype 1A Intensity & Strength program by Christian Thibaudeau
Type 1A is extremely numbers oriented and competitive; they must win the training by surpassing their previous performances, and the training must be a challenge. They do not tolerate volume well, but recover very quickly from high neurological stress and cope better with very high training frequencies. Working in isolation does not motivate them; they need to push heavy loads to feel satisfied. This is the essence of this program: make you brutally strong!
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This program is about one thing: about strength. It uses loading methods and schemes that will lift the most weight. The volume is kept low because Type 1A burns out easily when doing big work.
