I wasn’t beaten by weightlifting standards, but my hips, knees, shoulders, and back aches were so little that I couldn’t show my best form.

And I haven’t done a weightlifting session in 5 years,so I’m not looking for super human power (though my improvements in squats, benches, and deadlift are always welcome!).).
What I really want is to feel young again-move, feel like an athlete.

Who’s Mike Robertson?
I hate to talk about myself,but if you’re new here, let me give you a quick recap of the past 15 years.
I personally work with clients and athletes of all shapes and sizes.
While people will soon remember professional or Olympic level athletes, some of the most notable in my mind are the so-called”average”clients I have worked with over the years.
Watching these people achieve the lean, strong and athletic body they’ve always wanted was the most satisfying part of my career.
My gym, Indianapolis Fitness and sports training(iFAST, for short), is known worldwide for its success. It has twice been named one of the top ten gyms in the American men’s Health magazine. In 2013, we were also named a fitness Award winner by women’s Health magazine.
In my time in the fitness industry, I have created more than a dozen products for coaches, coaches and fitness enthusiasts.
I have written(or published) in mainstream magazines such as men’s health,men’s fitness,women’s health,Muscle&Fitness,and outside magazines.
The bottom line is, I walk around, Talk Talk.
I’m not an internet expert who has never trained anyone. Over the years, I also pushed my body to the limit.

When I started this procedure, I had nagging hips and left shoulder discomfort, none of which was serious or prevented me from training, but it was certainly a nuisance and made going to the gym and warming up, as well as certain exercises, which have bothered me for more than a year and while most of the time the symptoms were benign, I They always seem to come back. I am happy to report that my shoulder pain and hip joint pain have all gone completely after completing the bulletproof athlete, and it has been at least 2 months.
After finishing the show, my squat and deadlift”felt” much better, which made me happy. Before the show, when I squat, I always felt like I was pushing forward with the weight on my toes,and when the weight gets heavy (for me), my knees collapse. My back feels better than I remember,I’m the strongest I’ve ever been!
Let me tell you myself first. I just turned 37 and really felt my age. I’ve never been very athletic until 30 to start “exercising”. I have been suffering from herniated discs for nearly 15 years and have been limited by exercise.
Deadlift is impossible. An unweighted bar is enough to disappoint me for weeks in a row. I’ve never seen good results from other programs like Crossfit and P90X because I don’t have good base strength, especially my core.
I decided to use the monster protocol and the workout was great. I love how they transition from one stage to the next, practicing to build on each other.

All the little things, like drinking plenty of water, stretching at night,reading a book, are all things I need to do…
My name is Anna and I am 34 years old. I had a microstructure resection of l4-5 in 2009, which left me with a weak left leg and a moderately lowered foot. Exercise has become a struggle for the thought of”it hurts my back” always in my mind.
I chose to do the monster workout and really put it to the test to see how my back will hold up. I really like how each stage builds on each other! As the workout progresses, I can tell my back and core become more stable! My left leg strength and balance are also improving,which is amazing! I’m happy to be able to exercise and not have back pain!
I have to admit that I was nervous about deadlift when we got to stage 4, but again without back pain!

Just turned 30 I was easily in the best shape of my life
I got into this app with a long history of shoulder/hip/lower back problems, especially in the year before the start, my shoulder suffered quite a serious trauma that made my upper body training back a lot. After this procedure, the issues almost disappeared and my shoulders felt better than they had been for years.
It’s been a long time since I was able to bench press, deadlift and squat without pain and this app has almost solved the problem. At the end of Stage 4, I was finally able to push out four full sets of three representations on bench press at the same weight, which was my biggest representation at the beginning,without any shoulder problems. (My new 1RM also has no shoulder problems!).
I’m also close to this on deadlift. The main limiting factor of these previous BPA was my sac ili joint/s sliding tendencies,but with all the stability training,this is no longer an issue even in my new 1RM.
I gained quite a decent weight(~20 pounds, apparently mostly on my hips/legs), but thanks to all the agility/reactivity training, I ended up feeling that my feet were lighter at the end than I was at the beginning. A lot of people commented that I looked bigger(without me asking them).
I have seen a significant increase in my strength level, but more than anything else, I feel like a really solid stability/Mobility Foundation has laid further progress as I continue my training from this point onwards.
Just turned 30 I was easily in the best shape of my life. I’m bigger, stronger, faster than ever. I look and feel better than I have for years,I sleep like a champion, and my diet dials more than ever.
