Complete Core Fitness by Mike Robertson
Description
Finally! A step-by-step core training system that guarantees better results with your customers and athletes-today!
Every customer and athlete you train will want to build a strong, healthy and resilient heart.
Whether they say this or not is irrelevant:the fact of the matter is, core discipline is always in their minds.
And when it comes to core training, we tend to fall back on doing what we always did. And, to be honest, I get it.
It is the road with the least resistance.
It’s a simple way.
It may not be the best way to do things, but it’s quick and easy, so why not keep doing things the same ‘ ole ‘ way?
But if you take things to the next level, you need to step outside your comfort zone and change the way you think about core training.
Core training is more than throwing in crunches or sit-ups that are at the end of a training session.
Core training does not involve wasting time and wasted coaching tips like “draw access and profit sharing” or ” Jae.””
And the balanced core training program aims to help our clients and athletes develop strong and stable core.
As a leader, as a trainer, you want to aim at the system rather than the core.
And if you need a system that you can start using with your clients and players today, let’s talk…
The core training system used by the pros…
My name is Mike Robertson.:
Every coach made a mistake and I am no different.
When I started teaching 16 years ago, I soon realized well:
1–my athletes love to train their heart、
2-that core training (if done right) can improve performance.
While my athletes loved the fact that I included tons of core training exercises in their programs, Mr. coach and I were doing things totally wrong.
I chose the wrong practice.
I program them in a completely random way.
And the worst part was I wasn’t even coaching the exercises properly!
So, if I’m honest and transparent here, I feel like I’ve taken care of close to every mistake in the book.
But if you know anything about me, you know I’m as stubborn as they come.
I wanted a better answer.
The results of the sample program were trained by the athletes even if they wanted to.
It was a good result.
Over the years, I’ve researched everything I can get my hands on to better understand the core. And now I’m joined by some of the world’s most elite athletes (including pros from the NBA, NFL and MLS) to help get them in the best shape of their lives.
Coachtrain:
Do you think you have a deeper understanding of core Anatomy and biomechanics?
Do you want a step-by-step process that will help you write a better core training program?
Can you benefit from learning the exact coaching cues I use with my clients and athletes?
If you answered”yes” either(or all!)Of the above questions, I would like to tell about.。。。
Core training
The goal of CompleteCore300My as a coach is to create a system I can use, time and again, to help me get consistent and quality results with my clients and athletes.
Full core training gives me a step-by-step process for writing a program and gives you a strong, healthy and resilient foundation that your clients and athletes really want.
Here is an overview of what you learn when reviewing the materials:
The true role of the core(hint: it is not to produce power!)
Breathe-we all do it, but are we doing it right? And are”belly breathing” exercises doing more harm than good?
Why standard ab circuits aren’t good enough to build strong and resilient cores (and what to do instead!))
Because as well as posture is located in its cornerstone core training(its failure to correct the book will adversely affect)

Full core training video
Module 1-functional anatomy, core training philosophy, and breathing
Module 1 gives you a deeper understanding of the core and the role it has in the human body.
Let’s start with an insight into anatomy and biomechanics, so this is a better core training”. Once you understand how it affects both the core muscles and posture and position, you will soon be ahead of the curve.
From there, focus on the core’s true role and the skills and strategies needed to train it effectively.
We finish the outline of the mechanism of breathing and proper breathing. Breathing is a huge buzzword in our industry these days, with tons of trainers and coaches talking about it.
But, frankly, many are misguided in the way they’re applying this. It is not simple to take on big belly breath to get diaphragm working.
Instead, the goal is to understand how proper breathing changes posture and position, airflow and performance.
Module 2-hands-on coaching sessions
The focus of module 2 is to do the core training exercises for proper coaching. Once you understand the anatomy, you are well on your way to being more successful.
However, learning how to effectively Coach Core training exercises is important if you want to get the maximum results.
This section covers everything from ground-based core training exercises to more advanced postures and tall, semi-kneeling positions.
This module alone may be worth the entrance fee. If you do Coach Core training exercises on a daily basis, I will give you the clues and observations you need to have an immediate impact on your clients and players.
Module 3-program design
If you coach the wrong practices that could be the best coach in the world, you are not going to get the optimal results.
The module 3 will give you a unique insight into how I address the heart, and the program”STEM training” will be realized.
Core training is not something to throw at the end of the session. If your clients and athletes want to help you build a strong, stable and resilient core, you need to address it throughout the entire training session.

Core training manual
The video has a lot of great content, but I wanted to take this product to the next level. In addition to the Vidoes you will receive a 173-page spiral binding manual.:
Section 1-core training results
Section # 1 of the manual is a rewritten and revised transcript from the video above.
I don’t know about you, but if I can see something alive and read it, the material really starts to sink.
You have to start with the basic transcript, which is quite long and you can feel more clean and concise.
To solve this, I went back and checked this section of the manual to make sure that literally every point is crystal clear and easy to understand.
Section 2-practice coaching, progression and regression
Section#2 covers all of the major core training exercises I use with my clients and athletes. You get a step-by-step breakdown of how to set up the practice, and the exact coaching cues I use. This section alone is worth the admission fee!
Section 3-program design
Finally, the last section of the manual describes the core details of the program design. In the video I cover my thoughts on exercise options, and an overview of how to write a core training program.
Here I have a set / reps scheme under the tension protocol you want to use to make sure you are getting the training effect you want.、
But wait-there is more!
My goal is to create great value with my products and services.
The video and the manual itself should do that, but in an effort to really over-deliver, here’s what I’ve found to make sure you love the product.
Bonus Item#1-full center training Q&A Call
A month after the launch of our product, I’m going to make a Q&A call for the people who bought the product.
Here, you can listen to the story of the town or press on the core training questions, What is the answer.
Simply put, this will be another way to delve into and really learn the material.
Bonus Item#2-breath in service video
Breathing is a huge component of proper heart training, but unfortunately, many of us are doing things wrong.
This hour-long video provides a great overview of proper breathing mechanics, as well as a” “regular “” that I can start using today with your clients and players.
Bonus Item#3-complete core training progression and regression chart
Between the DVD and the manual, I cover a ton of different core training exercises. The goal is to make sure you always have an exercise that is hard enough(or easy enough)for your clients and athletes.
This PDF organizes all of the various exercises, progressions and regressions into one quick and easy reference chart. This will speed up the program design process, but will progress more quickly and undo the exercises during the session!
Bonus Item#4-a complete core training exercise checklist
When you’re coaching clients or players, it’s a good idea to carry around a huge coaching manual, or if they’re doing the right thing.
These easy-to-use exercise checklists are designed to keep you in touch with all the basic postures so you can print them off and carry them with you.
These checklists help ensure that your clients and athletes are in the proper position in each exercise, so they maximize their performance.
Bonus Item#5-complete core training lecture slide
As you go through the video, all the slides are already inserted into the video to directly make the most of your learning experience.
But you will also be able to download lecture slides as well, so you can play along with the material both on the video and in the notes in hand.
How much does this sound cost?
If you know something about me, you know I don’t think about things in terms of”cost.””
Instead, I always think about the value they present.
And while I know that perfect core training is of great value, I also want to make any coach or trainer interested in my system realistic.
If you attend a weekend continuing education course, you’re going to pay anywhere from$199 to just$299 dollars for the seminar itself.
And that is before considering on travel, lodging, lost wages and all the other fees associated with it.
Most importantly, very few courses teach you to learn systematically. With individual speakers and presenters, the goal is simply to provide information–not to cover any one topic from start to finish.
“Perfect core training is a good fit for me?” he said.”
If you’ve ever read this, chances are you’ll be at least a little interested in my core training system.
But at the same time, something is holding you back. Maybe one of these thoughts is now going through your head…
“I’ve already seen a lot of things in core training.”
There is a lot of information about core training.
After all, a simple Google search for the term “core training” comes back with 869 million pages of content!
But there is a big difference between a random, unorganized content and a systematized program.
The whole STEM training is not skimmed.
It is a system you can use with every one of the clients and players coming to your door.
“Can’t you do all these information any other?””
I would recommend this all if you have trained enough clients and athletes and spent thousands(thousands)of hours (thousands) on the internet, reading, or attending seminars.
But why take such an attitude to detour the time and energy used by the trouble of buckwheat?
I literally did all the leg work for you. I made a mistake….
…Training clients and athletes….
— For the continuation of education I do it with a streamlined approach to training.
The choice is yours–if you’re a true do-it-yourselfer, you can absolutely take a long road and figure all this out for yourself.
Or, you can take a direct route and start implementing a proven core training system, today.
“This product cost too much!”
I’m going to be a bit tough here:
If you think$147 is too much to spend on your continuing education, this is not a product for you.
If you think about the$147 I think you will spend when you are giving a systematized, step-by-step approach to core training available for the next few years.:
Do not buy this product.
However, when you factor in all of the time, money and frustration, if you realize that$147 will save you yourself by picking up an absolute steal copy, then you can no longer wait.
