Your V here.I.P.Is the path to high school, college and professional whose AthleticDevelopment course
Strength coaches are raving about…
Get your hands on supercharged resources
Programming and coaching-guaranteed!
Last year, Joe Kenn and I joined forces to create our first elite athletic development seminar because we were sick and tired of the status quo.
Now when we think about attending more than a proper course, we’re going to do it…
..It can be downright frustrating.
As a speaker you rarely have time to ” get a good one.””Most speaking gigs only allow you time for the material and by the time you’ve introduced yourself, the topic and summarized in the back end, you’ll have 20-30 minutes to get your point across,” he said.
And as an attendee, this is equally frustrating.
You just spend both time and money getting to the course, to walk away with a limited amount of information available.
The reason for this is exactly why we created the EAD seminar and why we feel it has been such an overwhelming success.
Some of the most important things you need to know
These coaches have something to be desired at the park. To dig deeper, really wanted to be granular on the topic of program design and coaching.
At last year’S EAD seminar, it was our goal to give participants an overview of each of our philosophies.
And last year was great, but it is simply impossible to give away every ounce of information, even in the course of intensive two-day seminars.
EADS20GroupPhotoSo this year’S EADS2. 0 course provides a laser-like approach to hot-button topics such as periodization, in-season training, and how to refine your own training philosophy.
This is because at this stage of the game you are already working on your own personal philosophy (or are dial-in).
At this stage, more fluff and witty one-liners are not needed.
What you need is specifics, details that will take your programming and coaching to the next level.
And that’s what the eads2.0 seminar videos are all about.
And if you missed the event last year, do not worry! You can jump right in and start learning. (If you want a copy to keep up, we have a sweet offer for you as well).
If you take a huge step forward, and are ready to get to the next level with regards to your programming and coaching, then you absolutely need EADS2.0.
What you need to know to make the footage more immersive
The next level of programming and coaching…
As a coach, you probably already have a”big rock”in your philosophy of the place.
Now it’s time to dig and get focused on specific details that can go from good to great or from great to Elite.
This course covered in out of this outline:
How to develop, organize and refine your own, unique training philosophy.
Why is the choice of exercise in the season important, and how to choose the best exercises (well, which ones to avoid!))
A complete, step-by-step formula for laying out a complete annual plan.
The best way to manage volume and intensity week by week, both in and out of season.
Definitely the most thorough presentation of the era, ever.
A specific case study that breaks down the way to assemble all parts of a training program, including speed, power, strength and conditioning.
How to develop, grow and evolve into the best coach you can become(plus how to build a culture within your team or facility).
What the Real coach was saying

Invest in your players as well as yourself…
Look now–you are not a newcomer when it comes to attending courses.
Considering the registration fee, travel, hotel and food, it all adds up very quickly.
It is not uncommon for such courses to pay anywhere from$1,000-$1,500 based on how far the participants have to travel.
So seminars aren’t cheap–but here’s the key distinction…
Not all seminars are equally valuable.
Participants paid anywhere from$297 – $497 to attend the ad2.0 course, and one of them told me that the money was an incredibly wise investment.
But taking this one step further-you’re not just investing in yourself…
…It also invests in the health and well-being of athletes who train every day.
