Explanation:
Lumbago-These three words have been used to evoke a myriad of reactions in how patients are treated. Prescriptions have long been the answer to pain relief, but now I have to question such methods. Is exercise a pure answer? Where does manual therapy fit with exercise therapy? And what about other therapies – IATSM, dry needling, taping?
Simplify the lumbar pelvic group by learning a step-by-step approach to identifying the cause and specific interventions that attack the underlying cause. Simple and effective manual therapy, including joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization (both manual and device assisted), dry needling, and all taping to help the patient function and reduce pain. I will introduce the treatment method. It also explains how to apply pain science education successfully, and how the choice of a particular language can help overcome the fear and misconceptions surrounding pain.
