“Radiant Lotus” is a translation of Daisy’s Toisanese name “Yim Lin”. Daisy is named after her kung fu teacher and compassionate therapist, Aunt Lin Ai Lin Ai (“Lotus Love”). When she deepened her qigong exercises, her parents gave her the name.
The death of Daisy ’s first husband and her parents encouraged her to return to the local culture and learn safe, non-invasive customs to improve natural immunity and prevent and treat unhealthy health. She found the answer in the 5,000-year-old self-healing art of Qigong.
Daisy believes that the original lotus rose from the stagnation and muddy waters, symbolizing everyone’s ability to overcome the deepest challenges by accepting and letting go of the past and embracing the inner glory.
Daisy has more than 20 years of teaching experience, including at Johns Hopkins University, Mount Sinai, Women ’s University Hospital, and workshops with women from all over the world. She has also coached Olympic athletes and martial artists.
