DESCRIPTION
Another unique, rare, high-quality, and extraordinary material release from NLP celebrities.
The seminar held by Robert Dilts in Moscow was very good. Although Robert used a translation at the end of each phrase, it stopped a little.
Systematicness of body and mind and its relationship with health
Articles about systemic thinking and treatment by Tim Hallbom and Kris Hallbom
The whole concept of causality has made it difficult for people in Western society to heal. If everyone in the world adopts systematic health and well-being methods, people will easily recover. The overall nature of system thinking is about the laws of the control system, the relationships between the systems, the external relations of the systems, and the boundaries that separate the systems. Many doctors today have good intentions to operate under the constraints of linear thinking when trying to help patients recover. If they think systematically, they will get better.
Systematic thinking and linear thinking
Physicians do not only focus on the “cause and effect” of the client ’s disease or health status, but take a systematic view. They may pay closer attention to systemic factors related to the client ’s condition, such as their living and working environment; Relationships with people around them; and their physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual relationships with themselves.
When adopting a systemic treatment method, the first and most important step on the path of rehabilitation is to allow the client or patient to clearly imagine that they want to be in an ideal state of health. Since the brain has a cybernetic mechanism, setting the results will help change the process. This means that once the client or patient knows his own ending, the brain ’s natural response is to organize himself to adapt to any image or belief he has created in his mind to become better. The client will start to get self-correcting feedback automatically, and the brain will systematically trigger the necessary immune response to guide him towards his health goals. (1)
According to Robert Dilts, NLP developer, system models are different from statistical models or linear models because they handle the feedback of the entire system. In this system, events at any location in the system may affect events at all locations in the system. Later time. A specific cause and effect cannot be isolated from its context. Therefore, each part must be considered and measured as a whole. Overall, human behavior, health and experience are undoubtedly the result of this system. Therefore, any satisfactory model of human behavior, behavior, physiology, or epistemology must be systematic. (2)
In the 5th century BC, Greek philosophers first turned their attention to linear thinking. Since then, almost everything has been considered to have to be caused by something else. Scottish philosopher David Hume disagreed with the early Greeks. Huume believes that the causal relationship between two events that occur in sequence is just a habit. In 1739, he wrote The Theory of Human Nature, which was an analytical rejection of the universally established idea of causality. Huume rejects the idea that everything that starts with the beginning must be caused by other reasons.

One of the main components of our personal reality map is branding. Branding is basically a kind of memory formed at a very young age, and can be used as a source of restrictions and authorization beliefs that we may form in childhood. Some of the restrictive beliefs that we may develop in these early days are not always healthy, but arise from our forgetting of painful or confusing experiences. The way we see the world subconsciously and consciously in terms of health is usually based on these beliefs.
Imprints bearing unhealthy beliefs can cause serious problems for the immune system. Remember that the brain is systemic, which means that if you build unhealthy beliefs in life based on unconscious branding, the brain will try to correct these images or beliefs in the form of an immune response. Even if the conviction of belief is suppressed or forgotten, the brain can still act as a catalyst for poor health due to its systemic capabilities.
Many unhealthy immune responses are the result of limited convictions due to confusion or traumatic experiences. These types of restrictive beliefs contain two aspects, and those aspects exist in branding or memory. On the one hand is the way you feel trauma / confusion as a child. You still have memories or feelings about the children in the brand.
When we were traumatized in childhood, another aspect we included was the views of others who were present when the incident occurred. Some of them may include family members, teachers or friends. During the formation of these early marks, limited beliefs were formed. These restricted beliefs can be systematically expressed in the form of disease or disease in the following years. (6)
How does faith affect territory?
Concepts of faith and health go hand in hand with maps and territories. If the mind is a map and the body is a territory, then our unconscious and conscious beliefs about personal health will systematically affect us; and the entire changing neurological level (ie environment, behavior, ability, beliefs and values, identity, even in To some extent mentally). (7)
Through the interaction between the brain-based cerebral cortex, the limbic system and the hypothalamus with the autonomic nervous system, endocrine system, immune system, and neuropeptide system, the useless physical performance and psychosomatic problems usually based on belief can be clearly seen. Similarly, through the same brain interactions, old beliefs can also be exchanged by establishing healthy beliefs, thereby healing themselves in this situation. (8)
The hypothalamus is the core of all these amazing activities. The hypothalamus receives signals from various parts of the nervous system, so it acts as a central exchange of information related to the health of the entire body.
The hypothalamus is located in the middle of the marginal lobe. Although it is a relatively small structure (equivalent to the size of a pea and weighing no more than a few grams), it is an important structure. It controls the autonomic nervous system composed of the parasympathetic nerve and sympathetic nervous system, producing physical excitability and inhibitory responses in the body. And control the endocrine system, and organize behaviors related to the basic regulation and survival system of the human body (hunger, thirst, fighting, flight and sexual behavior). Therefore, the hypothalamus combines psychological feelings, perceptions, emotions, and cognitive functions with the biology of the body. (9)
The most recently recognized regulatory function of the hypothalamus is its effect on the immune system. According to Earnest Rossi, author of “Psychobiology of Mind and Body Rehabilitation”, the hypothalamus can change the immune activity of cells and hormones in the limbic system, and there is an actual psychophysiological mechanism. (10)
In addition, because the immune system is located in the corneal lobe, the corneal lobe is basically the center of our emotional and cognitive functions. And in the unconscious mind, all kinds of emotions and beliefs are attached to various brands, then it is possible to see and understand how we become vulnerable to insignificant health conditions and diseases.
Rossi further pointed out that the autonomic nervous system has traditionally been regarded as the main means by which therapeutic hypnosis can achieve its biological effects. (11) If this is true, then obviously, the autonomic nervous system will provide services for NLP intervention. The same way.
Based on all the above information, if you change a person ’s beliefs, you can logically change her physical state from an insignificant state to a state of health and well-being, which is logical because the new state is a change through the ecosystem The entire system and the nervous system.
Use NLP to create systemic changes in mind and body
Neurolinguistic programming can help people overcome many obstacles that hinder their recovery. One of the most common obstacles for many people to overcome is that they cannot believe in their recovery process. If someone thinks they will not get better, then they will not take the necessary steps to get better.
In Robert Dilts’ book “Using NLP to Change the Belief System”, he pointed out that most people have difficulty recovering from a disease or condition, and usually adopt one of the following beliefs about the recovery process.
