Sedona Method The Money Course by Hale Dwoskin
This 12-session course will free you from the debilitating power of fear and release the boundless power of courage within you.
We live in a world where most of us live as if money really makes the world go round. We measure every part of our life by how much money it costs or how much money we can make. Even when we have a lot of money, we usually see our bank accounts as half empty rather than half full. We do not pursue our passions unless we think they will immediately lead to financial results. And we rarely, if ever, stop just to enjoy what we have now. We often fight with money. We feel that he is stingy or does not allow us to have what we want. We treat making and owning money as if it were a battle for dominance and / or survival. However, it shouldn’t be that way for you.
In this course, we explore our relationship to money and how to stop it from taking control of our lives and stealing our vitality. We will discover a new way of being with money based on abundance, not lack. We can easily get rid of the internal obstacles on the path to possessing great wealth by allowing ourselves to start accepting the amount of money that we already have. We will see and destroy the beliefs that prevent us from having and enjoying the true wealth that money can provide. We will learn to feel comfortable in the natural flow of money and open the floodgates for permanent wealth. We will come to terms with money and open up to a powerful, calm and natural flow that will bring more lightness to every part of our lives.
Money is just a word
When we say the word money, we all have many conflicting memories and beliefs about what the word means. We forget that the form we give money in our minds is not its true form. When you let go of the feelings you have for money, you can clearly see what is true for you about that money and how to use it to help yourself and others you care about achieve abundance and contentment with money.
Lust Is Overkill
This quote from Lester Levenson refers to our insatiable hunger for money. Having money, of course, is great and necessary to live in our world. However, we have lost ourselves by giving her more importance than she deserves. When we are hungry for money, we feel a shortage and are never satisfied or can not enjoy what we have. There is a saying on Wall Street: “Bears make money. Bulls make money. Pigs are slaughtered.” Because of our lust, we miss out on opportunities to have more money and instead follow strategies that make us have less. Our lust causes us to make critical mistakes in judgment that prevent us from achieving what we want. When you release your craving for money, money flows into your experience more easily. Plus, you enjoy the money you have with great pleasure. When you let go of lust, you can have instead. Which would you prefer.
Healing your relationship with money
Most of us have a completely dysfunctional relationship with money. Instead of being a vehicle for a better life and greater security, he has become a master of tasks, spoiling our happiness and robbing us of our joy. When you heal your relationship with money, it becomes your friend and a natural extension of your positive intention. You work with money to achieve what is your highest and best good, and it becomes much easier.
The power of giving and receiving
Giving and receiving are two sides of the same universal flow. In order to have true abundance and well-being, it is important to be open to both giving and receiving.
When we simply hoard money without even having the intention of sharing it, we find ourselves living a lonelier life filled with a sense of lack. When we use our money not only to help ourselves, but also to help those in need and help the PLANET, it brings us great satisfaction. The feeling of giving is where to start. This is not about giving more than you can afford. It is about sharing with all your heart, not wanting anything in return, not even recognition. The more you give, the more you enjoy the good that money and everything that excites you can bring you.
Often times we don’t ask for the money we deserve or the value of a service or product we offer. We may even feel uncomfortable demanding what is rightfully ours. When we let go of it, we find that when we allow ourselves to receive money, it reveals to us the abundance that is already in and around us. By being open to receiving and giving at the same time, you become open to the universal flow.
Forgiving yourself for past failures with money
We are often very hard on ourselves about what we consider to be our past failures with money. We forget that most people who are successful have found that even if we don’t succeed, we are learning lessons that we need to do better next time. Also, when we feel like we have failed at something instead of not being successful yet, we punish ourselves for not being successful with an even greater disadvantage. Forgiving yourself for past mistakes with money frees you up to thrive and triumph now.
Money is more than your idea of it
There are so many conflicting ideas about money that we often feel pinched or blocked from our goals without realizing it. We treat our beliefs as truth, not just one point of view. When you find that your beliefs are not true, you find out what is really true for you in the moment, and you act out of actual experience of what is the opposite of what you forced yourself to believe it.
What are you, Money Lemming?
We often follow the herd when it comes to money and don’t notice until it’s too late that we’re about to get off the cliff. When we stop accepting the mass consciousness about money, we find that we can blaze a new path without the conflicts and obstacles that society’s beliefs seem to create for us. We can create our own tendencies, and not blindly follow or scold existing ones. When you live with open eyes about money, you see more clearly your correct path to success and happiness.
Money Can’t Buy Happiness
We often feel that happiness is impossible without enough money. We think that happiness can be bought and sold. But when we believe that money will bring us happiness, even when we have it, we feel empty inside. When you find that you yourself are a source of happiness, and bring this to your relationship with money, you can see money as it is, which makes it easier to own and enjoy it.
Gratitude opens the gates of abundance
When we take what we have for granted, we tend to lose or abuse it. When we honor and feel grateful for whatever level of abundance we have now, we open ourselves up both to have more and to suffer less. We find that we can open up to whatever money has to offer and enjoy generosity more easily. Plus, a sense of gratitude fills your heart with joy and light, which is its own sparkling prize.
For the love of money
Most of us have a love / hate relationship with money. No matter how much we have, we hate our dependence on it and everything we have to do to get and have money. As you learn to love money for what it is, you will discover a whole new way of being with it that supports you in abundance and success.
It’s enough for you
We live life as if we are never enough or not enough. This causes all kinds of distortions within us and our worlds and does not lead to abundance. Lack breeds disadvantage. When you allow yourself to be open, at least to the possibility that you are sufficient and have enough, your world reflects this in great ways.
Money Is Just Energy
We treat money as if it were solid and separate from us. And yet, money is just a part of the unified energy that we all are. When we connect to this unified energy, we find that money and ourselves are inseparable from this unified living force that unites, animates and illuminates everything. As you discover this fundamental unity, your perception and ability to manage money expands and you feel supremely free from the constraints that you have placed on money in your life.
