Sedona Method Happiness And Joy by Hale Dwoskin
This 12-session course will help you discover that you can generate feelings of happiness and joy at will in any situation (even those that seem to be robbing you of your happiness right now). This program will also include a new way of liberation from Or as freedom is called free path.
It is not just the love that we seek in all the wrong places – it is also happiness and joy.
Lester Levenson used to say, “Happiness is to be yourself.” He did not mean the personal “You” that exists in opposition to others. He meant what we really are.
But because we so often turn away from our innate satisfaction and delight, we miss the opportunity to experience it even more in all areas of our lives.
In our all-new live releasing series, you’ll discover how you can open up and live happily even when your life is tough and your outside world is in turmoil. This program will also include a new way of liberation from Or as freedom.
Allowing what is to be what it is
We spend so much time changing what is, that not only are we stuck in situations that can be easily changed, we live in constant frustration and unhappiness. When you let go of your desire to change what is, you discover perfection in the present moment, which causes happiness to arise within you spontaneously, and sometimes even continuously. As you move from wanting to change to resolving, you also find ways to solve even long-standing problems with greater ease and joy.
What Do You Think Bring You Joy
It is important to allow yourself to have, be, and do what you love in your life. Filling your life with activities and things that seem to bring you joy is a great way to break the log-jam of unhappiness we carry inside. You may also find, if you allow yourself this in your life, that you can access this joy and delight directly, even when it is not practical or impossible to change external circumstances.
Go with the flow
Our lives are in constant flux and change, but most of the time we confront the changing nature of our experience and try to create a sense of permanence where there is none. When we let go of our resistance to life as it does, we tend to flow with transformation as opposed to struggling with it. The more we let go of our resistance, the more we find that we can calmly, happily, and effectively deal with what is really happening now.
Stop giving your power to the world
As we examine our lives, we find that some things automatically make us happy, while others make us sad or unhappy. We forget that happiness and sadness are in the eyes and heart of the beholder and therefore are not written in stone. We may find that we are responsible for how we feel and how we respond to what is. When you find you can choose how to react, you take your power back and find that you are in control of your joy, not someone or something else.
Squaring everything with love
Lester Levenson, the mastermind behind the Sedona Method, discovered and taught us that one of the greatest sources of happiness is love. Most of us spend most of our day trying to get others to pay attention to us, care for us, approve or love us, not realizing that even when we receive these desires, we are often no more happy and content than we were before. In fact, often when we receive external confirmation, it simply feeds the inner monster and makes us want more. It leaves us unsatisfied or even empty inside
However, when we open up and share the love that is our natural state at the core of each of us, it brings a feeling of happiness and peace that is sometimes indescribable. When we love rather than crave love, when we bring joy to any situation, people tend to be more accommodating and supportive.
This is not your fault
We often blame ourselves, our circumstances, and seeming others for our lack of happiness. When we blame the outside, we prevent ourselves from finding really lasting solutions. We also condemn ourselves to a miserable life because we feel that the world must change before we can be free and joyful. When we stop blaming ourselves and others, we take responsibility for our own happiness and receive it in abundance.
Give with all your heart
One of the most powerful ways to express love in life and thereby experience boundless happiness is to allow yourself to freely give with your whole heart. When you allow yourself to give without limit, it brings with it limitless happiness. This is not about sacrifice or even recognition. It is about sharing your inner outer wealth with those who seem to be separate from you. When you give completely, you love completely and you are rewarded with great peace and bliss.
Paying attention to what is really here and now
We spend most of our waking hours, either wanting to fix or change what was, or wanting to control what might be. We are missing the fact that the only time we can do something is now. In fact, when you begin to pay more attention to what is in the here and now, you discover the wealth and beauty that is already in and around you. The more you focus on what is, rather than what was or could be, the more you feel whole and ready to deal with your life and the world.
Noticing space
We view our world based on the objects that appear in consciousness, and thus miss the void or space in which all objects appear. When we stop and notice space, we discover a new way of feeling and being that fills our consciousness with light and joy that are pure delight. The more we pay attention to space, the more we can discern what actually needs our immediate attention and action, and we stop stressing or fixating on objects that are really good at the moment. Space is limitless, the objects that appear in it are not. When we focus more on space, we feel this limitlessness, and it opens up a whole new world for us.
It’s not personal
We so often forget that often what we take personally at this moment is not personal at all. When we do all our experiences around us, it makes us suffer in vain. However, if we really pay attention, we find that everything is part of a single universal consciousness, and it is not personal, except in our consciousness. When we discover that it is not personal, we can find solutions if we could only see the problems, and we naturally live with more experiences of harmony, peace, and joy.
Allowing inner silence
One of the greatest robbers of our life and contentment is the noise in our minds. Each time we let go, we reduce this inner noise and open up to more inner silence. The more efficient we become in letting go, the easier it is to open up inner peace. Moreover, when we turn our attention to our inner silence, we find that it already shines in plain sight before, during and after every thought and feeling. When we give this silence our attention instead of our inner noise, it seems to expand and come to the fore, helping us to place our inner turmoil in greater perspective.
Being is bliss
When you allow yourself to just be, you find there are no boundaries to happiness, peace, and joy. Being is the gateway to our limitless nature, as well as the gateway to unshakable happiness. The more we simply allow ourselves to be, the more we live a life filled with irrepressible happiness, and the more we open ourselves to the truth about who or what we are, what is even beyond happiness, and this is the opposite.
free way
This program will also include a new way of liberation from Or as freedom is called free path.
As you have probably heard and even felt many times, you are already the freedom you are looking for.
When you simply allow yourself to perceive everything that seems to limit “you” in terms of something that has never been limited, everything else dissolves, revealing deep peace, light, love and clarity.
As you look at it from this point of view, it becomes more and more difficult to hold on to what seemed like an insoluble problem or an insoluble limitation just a moment ago.
Liberation from Freedom also profoundly changes how you perceive and experience whatever appears. As you continue to free yourself from this perspective, you find that the enlightened person does not exist. There is enlightenment that perceives the emergence of the personal.
Therefore, if you are ready to access and live in your infinite inner well of contentment and bliss, dealing with everything that life brings you with greater ease, focus, clarity and efficiency, join me on this exciting new course.
