Now please don’t get me wrong-the event itself is great. The people who participated in the event gave great response, and I really enjoyed myself. But when I provided seats for my £ 10,000 retreat and the one-year “Inner Circle” plan, something went wrong, and we only had half of the usual registration number …
Wow! I messed up-big time!
Ok, I get it (and those who were there knew that I apologized to the audience and communicated with them, so their overall enjoyment of the event was not disturbed)
But hey, if I ca n’t be right or wrong, who else will admit that I ’m not 100% satisfied with the customer attraction process?
And did you know that the vast majority of customer service plans do n’t just dilute this important factor … they completely ignore it!
First, let’s make sure we are on the same page …
Do you want to make a huge difference in the world with a real purpose to help people and do their favorite work? I’m talking about waking up every day because you know you are in the right direction, get along with yourself and live the life you should have.
Do you want your favorite customers? Love your customers so much and how you serve them, they will spend money on you, introduce you to your friends fanatically, and continue to give back more? When you receive a phone call or e-mail from someone, this is a great feeling: “A close friend told me that you are great, and I am happy to talk to you; when will you suit me?”
Do you want to earn 6 to 7 figures and are satisfied with it in the way you like? Let’s face it-if you really want to donate gifts to the world, then you will need time, money and energy to do this. How do you feel when you check your bank account every month and see the 4 or 5 digits paid by those who love your work and the value you get from it?
Do you want 100% economic resilience? So many people will be shocked when they see headlines and listen to reports about the credit crunch. They worry about their financial situation and cannot sleep, but this is not necessary. Imagine knowing from the bottom of your heart that you will be fine anyway!
Do you want to get rid of self-doubt and hope that you have an indelible confidence in yourself and your skills, and yet know that you have real value to customers? Seeing the tears of gratitude in their eyes and reading the gratitude in their text messages and emails is one of the biggest rewards you can get.
Do you want to be satisfied with every aspect of the process of gaining visibility, attracting customers and obtaining the desired BIG results? When you give a perfect gift to a close friend, you will feel elated; what happens when you imagine the same way to get customers? The kind of comfort that I said is getting customers.
If the process of acquiring customers and satisfying them should actually be easy and pleasant, rather than strenuous or tiring? !
Think about it-if you are doing heart-centric work, it is because you are inspired to serve others. Would you like to do it exactly the way you like, exactly match your identity, and the consistent expression of gifts you give?
I know you will say “yes, yes, yes” to all these questions, so we need to explore what prevents you from giving the world a real path of love ….
