PRRT Mini Course Cracking the Crepitus Code by John Iams
Description
Crepitus course
Crepitus
Definition:the feeling of crunchy when the muscles and tendons rub their fingers back and forth.
Crepitus is one of the most common findings among those you treat. Often it is the driving force of their pain.
Probably the most common place it is found is in the scapular levator attached to the upper corner of the scapula. Pressing this area while moving back and forth produces a crunchy sound while causing pain at the same time.
It is little known that crepitus exists in many other places in the body of most people.
IT band
Surface of the masseter muscle head
Wrist extender
Erect by spinae
Short extensor.
Fibular muscle group
Gluteus maximus origin
While the underlying crepitus has been speculated to be from postural problems, my research and clinical experience say no.
How can I prove to you that I am right and that almost all other”experts”are wrong?
It’s simple.
I showcased almost magical maneuvers at every trade show I’ve spoken about and in there is a booth….Literally dozens and dozens of clinicians, just like you, have experienced this amazing feat.
I can teach you the facts, and then you teach your patients to release their chronic crepitus,它烦人和经常痛苦sequel….is incredible.
For decades, we’ve done a lot to release crepitus:
Ultrasound.
Electrical stimulation
Massage.
Myofascial release
Manual therapy
Ionic import
Posture training and re-education
Dynamic stitching
And so on.
Now, for the first time, I’m going to give you what crepitus is really based on the “keys to the kingdom”.
More importantly, how to teach the patient to release it in a few seconds and prevent it from returning.
Imagine what this could mean for you and your practice.
Guess how many people your patients will share your unique knowledge and expertise.
Answer….
Everyone they say has pain problems……Who doesn’t?

Usually by medication or surgery, but also by psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biological agents and ionizing radiation and other therapies.
Medicine has existed for thousands of years, most of which is an art (a field of technology and knowledge), often associated with religion and religion.
The philosophical beliefs of the local culture. For example, a medical person would apply herbs, say prayers for healing,or ancient philosophers and doctors would apply bloodletting according to the theory of humorism.
In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most Medicine has become a combination of art and science (both basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
Although suture technique is an art of learning through practice, it is through science to understand what is happening at the cellular and molecular level in the tissue being stitched.
