I struggled, too.
Seemingly impossible training plateaus … tease them for being plump as children … and they felt pathetic after they got involved in sports …
Been there, done it.
It wasn’t pretty.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
I have your solution.
Your training should improve your life, not consume it. They should improve your performance, not just your physique. You must have a body that looks amazing, but at the same time is powerful and able to cope with everything that life throws at you.

And guess what? Everyone wants the same thing. No one wants to just look good or just be more athletic …. they want both!
They want an elastic body that seems strong and athletic … which screams power and authority … but it looks crumbly and muscular. They want neither the one nor the other. They want both.

Over the years of working with my amazing clients, I have learned the truth. Several training methods are required to build a complete package. Sports performance techniques, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting can all play a role.
Instead of chasing one style of training as a panacea and feeling exhausted, weak, and dissatisfied, my clients began to feel energized, strong, and athleti.
The pain in the joints has decreased. They lost unnecessary fat. They acquired explosive athleticism. Best of all, they started to love training and their body again.

I’m Eric Bach. I am a fitness expert and author.
I was a coach for almost ten years. I’ve worked with College and professional athletes. And I helped former athletes feel, look, and behave like people who have reached the age of half. I have also written hundreds of articles about performance improvement, fat loss, muscle building, and nutrition.
I was lucky enough to be represented in such leading media outlets as CNN, the Huffington Post, Livestrong, Bodybuilding.com, personal trainer development Center, Muscle and Strength and T-Nation. I’m not bragging, just pointing out that you may have already read some of my articles.
My passion is helping people to become better every day. I show them how to build bodies and lives that are strong, athletic and able to cope with any life problems.
But it took me years to get to this point.
I want to tell you an awkward story, but first …
If you feel completely overwhelmed, as if you’ve tried hundreds of programs and diets …
If you are beaten, sick, and indifferent because of poorly designed programs that hurt you more than they help …
If you know how to get around the gym but are stuck on a frustrating plateau …
If you are still gaining weight, losing muscle mass, and becoming increasingly indifferent to bodybuilding workouts created by freediver trainers …
If you want to be athletic, play basketball with your friends, catch up with your kids, and compete without looking stupid …
… then I ask:
Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered what else you need to do to build your best athletic body?
I know what I have. It’s a terrible feeling. Lack of control means that you end up feeling desperate.
Today I stop this helpless feeling
and crack the sports body code.
You should feel strong, strong and athletic. You must be confident and able to cope with everything that life throws at you, and at the same time look great.
I’m going to reveal hacks to improve your athleticism,
shed fat and build muscle.
Secret?
It’s all about performance training. You will improve your strength and athleticism by first building your current strength level faster. This is the key to discovering a stronger, slimmer and more athletic body.
But before I go any further, you might be interested …
Who is this guy, and why should I listen?
This is a fair question. And I should have covered it earlier.

“Eric Bach’s training in Power Primer changed the rules of the game. I’ve been rooting for his blog for years. Working with him was a natural extension of his remarkable work.
In the first few weeks of Power Primer, I became stronger, more athletic, and confident that I could handle any sport or situation as I did when I was young.
The training sessions were very detailed and complex. Even though I was an athlete, I felt my skills were declining until I took this program. Thanks to Eric, I became stronger, leaner and more athletic … all this makes me more confident.”
Vince Is Mine
I have to admit that this story is incredibly awful to tell you.
I wasn’t always athletic.
When I was a freshman at Pulaski high school, I was the smallest, weakest kid in my class.
I was called all the names in the book: Baby. Crumb. Very bad. Even the “Little bitch”. (It really hurts!)
So I was timid, constantly comparing myself to others and skipping difficult situations. I lacked confidence in the appearance of my body and in my athletic abilities.
Then one day it all came to a head. It was the first semester of our class, and we were playing football.
The idea of the football flag is to avoid contact. Instead of fighting the enemy, your goal is to avoid collisions by pulling the flag.
Well, that’s an idea.
I was between Jason, the big guy in my class, and the end zone. Instead of running around and trying to avoid me, Jason decided that I offered less resistance than a blade of grass.
He transported me, laughing and mocking, on the way to the end zone.
I was firmly established on the hard grass of Wisconsin.
