Healing the Subconscious Shadow by Gaia
Description
Teal Swan tells how she learned to live with her shadow side, which was forced to appear after suffering a particularly traumatic childhood. Born sensitive and aware of the overlapping spatial realities of our world, her parents turned to their unusual child for help, taking him to a psychologist. Then the world of the occult and the traumatic will unfold before her.
Years later, she escaped and the abuse finally ended, but she had to learn to deal with the consequences of deep programming embedded in her psyche. Now she helps others unearth their past, heal their subconscious shadows, and bring them to light. This interview with Regina Meredith was originally broadcast online on may 18, 2017.
In conjunction with her vision of creating a positive change in the world, til Swan founded the Headway Foundation, a non-profit company that allows you to implement ideas, goals, and businesses aimed at making a positive change in the world.

More information about self-help:
Self-help or self-improvement is self—directed improvement-economic, intellectual, or emotional-often with a substantial psychological basis.
There are many different group self-Help programs, each with its own focus, methods, associated beliefs, supporters, and in some cases, leaders.
Concepts and terms originating from the self-Help and twelve-step culture, such as recovery, dysfunctional families, and codependency, are firmly embedded in the mainstream language.
Self-help often uses publicly available information or support groups, both online and in person, where people in similar situations come together.
Starting with early examples of independent legal practice and home advice, the connotations of this word have spread and are often applied, in particular, to education, business,
psychology and psychotherapy, usually distributed through the popular genre of self-help books.
According to the APA dictionary of psychology, potential benefits of self-help groups that professionals may not be able to provide include friendship,
emotional support, experiential knowledge, identity, meaningful roles, and a sense of belonging.
