Habit Hacking by Michael Breen
The only course that combines scientific research with powerful neurolinguistic programming processes to help you break your habits in 30 days or less …
Good Habits Create Positive Consequences.
Bad Habits Pull You Down. Block You From Success.
Isn’t it time for you to determine what habits you use?
As impressive as it sounds, it is absolutely true!
This made him successful, wildly successful.
And the failures of so many people who did not know about this omnipotent path.
This is the unknown superpower that everyone is born with. She monitors the actions of billions of people every day.
But most people will never catch him at work.
And even fewer people know how to knowingly turn it on or off and use it to their advantage.
This superpower is your ability to change our habits or the habit of working your way up to a better, more successful self.
And this is the most conservative estimate. Many believe that this is up to 90%.
What about you? How satisfied are you with your habits?
If you are like many disaffected personal development students …
It’s okay, it’s not your fault.
I’ve been there myself. I used to try my best to make changes only to get things back a few weeks and sometimes (unfortunately) hours later. Then, thanks to a chance encounter with the legendary NLP Master Trainer, everything changed … overnight.
In this meeting (and many others that followed), I discovered what the giants of neurolinguistic programming (people like Michael Brin, Richard Bandler, and Tony Robbins) are doing, which most regular Nlpers do not do, to create lasting and profound change. habits. And much to my surprise, it wasn’t one big thing … it was a few very specific things (five to be exact).
You see, until recently, people thought our habits were unbreakable. Of course, you can help someone change a belief or change simple behavior, but to get someone to change a habit, most students (and many teachers) in personal development would say, “forget it!”
They told me, “Tom, you can’t teach an old dog new tricks,” “a leopard never changes its spots,” and all that.
It was a mystery to me. I mean … what’s the point in studying and learning all about change, reading books, going to seminars, listening to audio if you can’t change something as fundamental as our habits?
Moreover, most of our happiness and success is a direct consequence of our habits!
You see, deep down, I knew something that many in personal development overlooked or simply ignored.
I.e…
The fact is that…
Researchers estimate that up to 40% of your behavior is controlled by habits!
Every area of your life depends on your habits.
Your relationships, career, health, health, finances, etc.
Your habits are either pushing you towards success and realizing your goals …
… or left unchecked will throw you down to failure and another loop around frustration and the status quo.
And worst of all … most of our habits weren’t deliberately created. Since childhood, we have learned to act and over time these patterns have become habitual, unconscious and automatic.
The habit machine creates both good and bad habits.
And as you know …
– We are what we do all the time. Thus, perfection is not an act, but a habit. ”
Aristotle
If you found it difficult to change your life, don’t blame yourself. Change Your Habits.
You are not happy with your current results …
You know that you are capable of much more, but you cannot “turn it on” ‘…
You read tons of books, attended tons of courses, got motivated, tried tons of things, but the results were … far from stellar!
In fact, your life is basically the same. You have never really understood how to create real disruptive change.
Am I close to this?

Think about it…
How you are in shape or not in shape … is the result of your habits.
How happy or unhappy you are … is the result of your habits.
How successful or unfortunate you are … is the result of your habits.
How much money you have or not … is the result of your habits.
Every area of your life depends on your habits.

It’s not just that we have good or bad habits. This is the impact they have on our lives.
Our health, our career, our relationships, our sense of well-being.
You can see that in any area of your life where you would like to be more successful, there are certain habits that successful people use.
If you want to be more successful, healthier, in better shape, make more money, be happier, etc., there are habits you use that will give you that.
However, there is a powerful force that literally shuts off part of your brain, so you can’t see when a bad habit is working.
It’s like looking out and thinking that you are observing the world correctly, but you are looking through pink tinted glasses and you don’t see how core bad habits are holding you back, blocking your path, blocking your path.
“In truth, the only difference between those who have failed and those who have succeeded is the difference in their habits.
Good habits are the key to any success. Bad habits are the unlocked door to failure. Thus, the first law that I will obey, which precedes all others, is the formation of good habits … ”
– Og Mandino (World’s Greatest Salesman)

Take a look at last week.
Think about it…
How you are in shape or not in shape … is the result of your habits.
How happy or unhappy you are … is the result of your habits.
How successful or unfortunate you are … is the result of your habits.
How much money you have or not … is the result of your habits.
Bad Habits Harm You
As healthy and fit as you would like to be?
As energetic and focused as you would like?
As happy and satisfied as you would like to be?
As successful as you would like?
Making as much money as you want?
Enjoying deep and rich friendships and relationships?
Having the influence and influence that you want?
Experiencing the life you really want?
Be completely honest. Nobody except you should know …
Are you constantly producing the results and results you want for your life? You…
Take any area of your life in which you would like to be more successful: business, career, relationships, dating, health, etc.
Chances are, you already have a pretty good idea of what it takes to be successful, or you know someone who does it.
For example, if your goal is to lose weight and get fit, you already know about the benefits of regular exercise and improving your diet.
If you want to progress in your career and make more money, you probably have a decent idea of what kind of professional development, courses, and relationships can help you out there.
If you want to become more confident and outgoing, you probably know what resources and people can help.
Until one day it falls silently from your consciousness into your subconscious, where the new program will be ready to act without awareness and automatically.
The world is flooded with information.
When you realize this, the question arises: what are your habits?
Because…
Think of all the Self Help books, audio programs, seminars, and TV shows. Most people who read self-help books, listen to audio files, get excited about seminars, and watch Self-Help TV programs cannot make real and lasting change.
You may have been there yourself. I know for sure that it is.
The reason is that most Self-Help programs are almost entirely focused on what to do. Acting as if you had come to the course, like a blank stick ready to download, and just showing you what to do, all you have to do is create changes.
But you know it isn’t.
Very few, if any, programs teach you how to consistently do what is needed to be successful.
Of course, you can mess with your beliefs.
You can change your values. You can listen to audio recordings of mind reprogramming.
You can try every change technique in the latest “new” Self Help book.
But if this does not change your usual reaction, then this change will not last long.
Your habits are like a cable.
You weave a strand into it every time you use it. And what is practiced becomes permanent.
The more you do this, the stronger the habit becomes.
