FOR YOU, IF
The Foodtography school is based on the belief that food photography, like any other form of visual art, is inextricably linked to strong composition and visual design principles. By studying these topics, your food photography will become a static art form. Listen to some of our students – from the most novice to the most advanced!
REVIEWS
I liked the course. It was incredibly rewarding, and I\’m very happy to get my first paid sponsorship shortly after finishing the course. My creativity is now at an all-time high, and I\’m more excited than ever to continue on this path.

When I saw this course open, I thought to myself, I\’m going to take this course, and if I don\’t see a bit of growth, work, or improvement … I graduated fortunately, by the second week of the course , Whole Foods reached out to me for a photo! I was in shock. I was also reposted by several major accounts, including laurenconrad.com. I also work with several brands that I have offered and am currently developing several long-term relationships. My number of Instagram followers has also increased, but this course has helped me understand that quality is much more important than quantity – and I\’m constantly working on building a community, not just adding numbers to my number of followers. This week, I earned more than twice as much money from this (\”side job\”) as I did from another job. If that\’s the case, I\’ll be able to work full – time! So, Yes, this course saved my brand and my dreams. THANK YOU!

The Foodtography school was amazing. Since completing the course, I have booked 2 fully paid jobs. I\’ve already earned $ 1,000 since I finished the course, and it\’s made me so excited that I can actually make a career out of it. Thanks to Sarah\’s suggestion to contact brands on Facebook, I am currently in talks with several brands to collaborate. Sarah\’s openness to everything is so refreshing and inspiring. She is a great teacher and mentor, and joining the tribe was one of the best decisions of my life.

To be clear, before this course, I barely held a DSLR in my hands! In just a few weeks of your lessons, I\’ve identified my mood, messages, and color history, I know how to adjust camera settings to get the desired exposure, focus, and dreamy blurry background, I know how to choose a camera angle based on my subject, and I know my way in Lightroom to edit my photos in a style that\’s consistent and matches my mood and messaging. For me, as a newbie who hasn\’t started a blog yet, this was the biggest breakthrough, because I\’m focused on creating amazing and consistent content. As I dive deeper, I know that this course will continue to bring me completely new benefits.

I got my first DSLR a few months ago and have been practicing ever since. I joined [another course] and found their photography courses useful, but I wasn\’t sure if blogging was exactly the direction I wanted to go. Foodtography has really helped me take the basics to the next level. I liked how homework made us think about the mood and the messages we wanted to convey. I still have a lot of practice to do, but now I have a set of rules that allow me to stay focused and check if the pictures match my final goals. My biggest achievement in Foodtography was definitely learning to work with Lightroom! I plan to use what I\’ve learned to promote my cake decorating workshops.
