Entheos Academy III Dinosaur Training by Brooks Kubik
Description
This is the third course in an ongoing series of courses covering various aspects of dinosaur learning. Course # 1 covers the best and most productive exercises, workouts, and workout programs. Course # 2 covers real-world strength standards for non-drug trainees and how to modify them for trainees of different ages and weights. If you missed these courses, be sure to read them; the more you learn about effective, real-world strength training and muscle building, the better and faster your results will be.
This course focuses on a critical but often overlooked topic of progression. My goal is to teach you how to quickly build strength, muscle, and power as you start exercising – how to keep progressing steadily towards muscle and power as you move into the intermediate rows – and how to fine-tune your workouts to you continued to progress as you reached the advanced trainee level.
We’ll start by describing the most effective progression methods for beginners and intermediate ones, and then teach you different progression methods for advanced trainees.
We will teach you how to train on tough and demanding programs without overtraining, failing, or burning out.
We will teach you how to avoid sharp points, and how to break through them if they do arise.
We will also teach you how to avoid unnecessary trauma that often results from trying to follow unrealistic progression systems.
As always, we will focus on what I call “real world training.” We’ll share the workouts and development systems that are right for those of us who go to school, work for life and need to balance family, social and professional commitments with their education. I know it would be nice to spend an entire day at Muscle Beach and nothing to do but exercise, eat and rest, but this is the fantastic world of muscle magazine. It’s not the real world. In the real world, we all have huge demands on our time and energy – and effective training programs and development systems must take this into account.
