Richard Bobtad – Transforming Communication
Description
In 2013, Stanford Business School asked more than 200 CEOs and senior officials why they most need outside help. Their answer is conflict management. “When you’re in the CEO role, most of the things that come to your desk only go there because you have a tough decision to make, which often involves a certain level of conflict,” they explain. If you are a manager (business, class, or home), you may not always have the luxury of a stable and peaceful relationship. You need to be able to quickly establish rapport and resolve differences so that you can do what you do best. The Transformative Communication course teaches you how to do it, and this is its guide used by certified Transformative Communication instructors around the world.
