Skogg System Kettlebell Workout
Description
SKOGG System, presented by Michael Skogg, is a 5 DVD set. It contains one instructional DVD and 4 workout DVDs. Each workout has 4 different levels, so anyone from a novice to a warrior can tailor the workout to fit their fitness and ability level. The workouts vary in length from 10 minutes to 35 minutes, the higher the level the longer the workout. In addition, each workout begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down/stretch.
DVD is for region 1
We recommend the following bell sizes for women starting out:
Beginner: 9lb
Intermediate: 18lb
Advanced: 26lb
Warrior: 35lb+
We recommend the following bell sizes for men starting out:
Beginner: 18lbs
Intermediate: 26lbs
Advanced: 35lbs+
Warrior: 44lbs+
