For lack of a better term, I will use that word to represent what I intend to teach you.The Florio Art.Floreio means flower in Portuguese. and it is a sub-art of Capoeira that includes a very sophisticated form of floor flow work.
In the last 15 to 20 years, this art has been expanded and developed a lot, but only by one Capoeira.
I have taught flourish work to all types of people – children, women of all ages, (most of my interns are women really) older people who started practicing after 50, injured people, professional athletes, circus performers, dancers, etc., etc. Even though the above demos may seem like the high end of the circus and out of reach for most people.
Floreio is an art that is part of capoeira, and includes a complex form of low acrobatics. This course is dedicated to the floreo, characteristic of the style of the Cordão de Ouro school. Each lesson contains three difficulty levels: for beginners, advanced and advanced.
