The National Department of the Spanish Federation of Taekwondo Hapkido is pleased to present this magnificent book that contributes to the dissemination and knowledge of Hapkido, a Korean dramatic and decisive martial art, which techniques make it one of the most effective self-defense systems . In this didactic work, we present an example of a program, very diagrammed, with exercises and techniques for a black belt (1st Dan).
We hope that it will be very useful and professional teachers in our department and all Hapkido pasiones who want to discover what faisons.
