The art and science of behavioral communication focuses on how to use communication
precisely to shape and manage behaviors that lead to results that we experience ourselves and with others.In this second workshop in the 2013 mythoself® Behavioral Communication training series with Dr. Joseph Riggio, he will guide you through the process of learning about your kit communication skills in relation to persuasion and influence.
By working with Joseph, you will enter the “inner neuropsychological world of sales” as a behavioral communication process, and you will leave with a deep understanding of exactly what to do, when to do it, and why it needs to be done in order to get the results you want with others. Joseph will focus on communication as a behavioral process. He will present examples and exercises designed to identify the non-verbal and verbal components of behavioral communication, with particular emphasis on how they relate to sales communication skills, persuasion structure and influence. Throughout the workshop, Joseph will use a learning-to-do strategy that will keep you engaged and involved so that you leave with skills that you can use and implement immediately.
