Hi Craig, just the latest news. I am in phase 5 of the TT bodyweight program. I feel like I continue to get great results. I lost my way trying your other programs, doing kettlebells and a couple of Josh Hillis workouts. So, I do all four weeks from the beginning (phases 5) I did B today and it’s pretty hard on the hamstrings. I’m not complaining, but I did it with a friend today and she didn’t complain that we didn’t work hard enough. Workout a has a ton of push-ups, again not a complaint but just observation. I like every minute here. ABS – The contours at the end of these Phase 5 workouts are very tight and I had to work my way up to doing them three times. For the test, I did deadlifts the other day and raised my 1 rep max to 315 pounds from 225 pounds, which I attribute to 6 month old BW guidelines for increasing this strength.
