Explanation
Many of us, like modern life, are drifting the surface of our lives in something like a trance-a distorted shadow of reality and all the possibilities. It cuts off our sense of connection to our bodies, and all the vitality and creativity of our true nature. As John O’Donohugh said, “Our bodies know they belong to life. It is our hearts that make our lives so homeless.” Illness, emotional pain, persistent alienation, broken relationships… everything suffers.
Created by Tara Brach, this course teaches each of us how we look in our daily lives when we enter the trance and how we can regain our fuller presence. can do. We need to appear for our loved ones, our community and the world. We discover how to use our minds of thought as “good servants” of our well-being, not disturbers.
Each of the 11 sections of the course contains at least one experiential exercise that will help students directly practice the insights shared during the course. These exercises are essentially guided meditations, with students often practicing many times after completing a course, maintaining lessons in a real, concrete relationship life, and more fully integrated. Prefer to do.
Learn how to recognize the most common signs of getting into a trance. And what we can do to destroy and “refresh” that pattern. Next, we dig deeper to understand the origin of the “default program” that limits us, enhance the ability of our embodied presence, and taste the sweet fruit of a richer presence.
Find ways to successfully do varying degrees of physical pain (mild, moderate, and severe) and learn about the interrelationships of physical and emotional difficulties. We will also develop the ability to access large enough to accept these difficulties and develop the best conditions for trust, openness and prosperity.
We examine common sense belief in separability and typical reactive behaviors that avoid (or grasp) the closer proximity of relationships. In three steps, you free yourself from a small, isolated trance of self and restore your connection to consciousness and love in stressful situations. Finally, we discover how we can proactively awaken again and again to a deeply-embodied profound attribution to all life, which is a natural right.
